Sleepy Day

I have been feeling rather tired and losing focus. I don’t know why even though I have being turning in early every night and eating more than I used to. I still feel tired.

My body’s bio-clock also plays a part in my tiredness. It has been doing it work. I will be awake on my bed at 630am and wait for my alarm to goes off. On weekends, it does the same thing even if I have a late night the day before. Today I felt that my head is extremely heavy and I can barely keep my eyes open. In additional I felt the dizzy spell on me again. All I wanted is to drop dead on my bed and sleep.

I have bible study tonight and Eddy is back. This makes it a good reason for me to attend BS even when I don’t feel that well. Anyway tomorrow is weekend. I am able to sleep through the morning and hope I will be fine.

Pray hard that I will have a good night rest and sleep through my Saturday morning.

Good Nighty

Week 2 of Construction

I went down to my house to meet up with the fencing contractor and hoping to get a good deal. To our surprise, this contract is much expensive than all the others. In additional, my neighbour didnt really like that contract attitude when we told him about another contractor is offering a better price.

After meeting up with the fencing contractor, I took some pictures around my house. Up to this date, my house bricks is yet to go up but is alright. There is a park beside my house and there will be a future park infront of my house. The park beside my house is not in a well maintain state due to the constructions around that area is still in progress. I believe that once most houses are built, this park will be restore and maintain.

Next time I can bring my dog to the park for a walk and I can even have a picnic over there. Though it is not the perfect house that I wish to have but I still like it.

I cant wait to move in.

The Progress of the Lord Gift for me

Today I woke up pretty early for a weekend. I got off the bed at 745am and did some car cleaning and clothes drying before heading out.

Before I goes to my office and start mugging on my work, I went to my house to see how was everything. They had pour the slab on Wednesday and brickwork will be going up soon.

1st photo was taken by my friend aka colleague aka neighbor from their room on 7 Nov where the formwork and rebars are set.

2nd Photo I took it today. It shows the slab that is still under curing and settling process. When I reach there today, my friends were there too. Just in time to be their 1st guest to see their house. Their house is beautiful and huge. Love their house haha

I will make an effort to go down every weekend now to see the progress. I just cant wait to see it and start decorating.

Praise to be the Lord...

Rainbow after Rain

Lately the Project Manager from my client company (the huge Australia job that I am working on), was fired.

This news came in a sudden. It was announced on Monday and Wednesday he was gone. I didnt know what was the actual reason for him to leave. I guessed is his attitude that brought him to this. He is a hot temper man and full of vulgarities in every statements that he made.

Since the day the news reak out, our life and work pace got better. My team is no longer working like in a war during the day time nor do we have to stay over nights (still have to stay late at work). Now we are wrapping up most of our part and filling in the gaps, hopefully this job will be done before Christmas and let us have a peaceful white Christmas.

After taking up this job, I have lost weight and became really tired/stressed all the time. Stressed over the consistent demands from client and the lack of helps in work. In additional to these, there is great responsibility for me to this job and also my role in my department. I believe that after completing this job, my experience will be far better than other young graduates in my company. I will also have better engineer skill in design/managing/ drafting/ communication. In fact, I will be more extrovert when I am working.

Things seem better now... Rainbow is not too far for us

My Horror Job

I wish that this project will end soon...

In July, I took up a huge job in Australia. Now this job is draining us out very badly. We have been staying up late in office and even over night to get work done. In the day, client will keep calling to demand to work when they only allow us a 1 or 2 hours to complete.

The most annoying thing, client still have not finalist on the architectural plan and they expect us to submit all drawings and engineering part. In additional, they keep changing their mind on what they want and being very unreasonable demanding.

This job has been hunting me for months and because of this, we skipped meals and didnt sleep well. We have been staying over nights in office to get work done too. Our life is stuck in the office...

Lord end this job soon...

Unpleasant Experience

Lately have being rather busy with my work so I was so tired to do anything.

I went back to Singapore 2 weekend ago and had a bad experience at custom. When I came down from the escalator, the custom officers are starring at me. When I reach a counter, the custom officer asked her head officer "Is she the one?" and the head officer said "No". Then the custom officer tried to find fault on my VISA name and insist that I change my VISA name at once before they will chop of passport. So I said OK~! While waiting for my passport to be chop, 2 immigration officers was standing beside me. Suddenly I heard the lady immigration officer said "bloody Chinese..." I turn around and feel so pissed off. Being a immigration officer, you should watch what your say especially at the custom as they are always the 1st Australian that leave the impression for others.

When I went to pick up my luggages, the head officer came to me again and asked what do I have in my luggages. I said "biscuit and mooncakes" so I was asked to go to a side to be checked. My 1st time being check so thoroughly. They cut every single of my mooncake and took out all my stuff from my luggage and even x-ray my empty boxes. After that she thank me for my time and I left.

I didnt have a pleasant experience. I dont mind to be check but I cant agreed with the lady immigration officer who said "bloody Chinese..."

I hope that they be more careful when then say something like this cause this can be rather serious.
